One night stand with my president(chapter 338)

Chapter 338: Kyson's Appearance

She had unknowingly drawn a mini version of Harrison on the paper, probably because she had been thinking about him the entire time she was drawing.

The little figure on the paper was wearing a suit, gold-rimmed glasses, with a large head and a small body, and a serious expression.

It looked just like Harrison usually did at work.

Adeline paused for a moment and then decided to draw a mini version of herself.

She drew her mini figure punching Harrison in the face.

After finishing the drawing, Adeline couldn't help but laugh.

"You jerk, Harrison. Let me show you for making me go through this conflict with you, for not explaining anything to me. Take that!"

Back at the mansion, Harrison suddenly sneezed for no apparent reason.

At the moment, they were all having lunch.

A large table of relatives sat in the dining room.

Harrison's sneeze made everyone glance at him, and they immediately started to express their concern.

"Harrison, what's wrong?"

"Did you catch a cold? Are you feeling unwell?"

"How about taking some medicine?"

Harrison snapped back to attention and said, "I'm fine. Don't worry."

Ronan was also sitting at the table.

He said nonchalantly, "Maybe he did something wrong and is now getting karma."

As soon as Ronan said this, Ashton immediately slapped him on the back of the head.

"You brat, it's almost Christmas! Say something nice!"

Ronan rubbed his head, clearly not happy, and shot Harrison a glare.

The other relatives were stunned. They couldn't believe that Ronan was so bold and openly challenged Harrison like that.

Some senior relatives quickly intervened to smooth things over. But Harrison wasn't bothered by Ronan's words. He knew Ronan didn't mean any harm. He was just impulsive and wanted to defend Adeline.

In fact, seeing how angry Ronan was made Harrison feel oddly pleased. After all, it meant that Ronan had already accepted the fact that Harrison and Adeline were together.

To be honest, Harrison was quite happy about that.

After the meal, Harrison received a message from Georgia.

"The ticket to Yewhaina you asked me to book has been confirmed. The flight departs at 8 AM tomorrow."

A faint smile tugged at Harrison's lips when he saw the message.

Finally, he was going to find Adeline.

After all, she was the woman he loved. What

harm would there be in lowering his pride to explain things to her?

He had intended to clear up the gossip news with her anyway.

Besides, if he didn't go find Adeline, he was afraid she no longer wanted him.

In fact, even without Lorenzo's reminder, he had already been considering going to Yewhaina to see Adeline.

He had been contemplating how to discuss it with Lorenzo.

But then Lorenzo had brought it up on his own.

It worked out perfectly.

Harrison couldn't help but think about what

Adeline's reaction would be when she saw him.

Harrison thought, "She would probably be happy, right? Or maybe she'd be very angry."

But no matter how mad Adeline was, even if she Slapped him, scolded him, or tried to kick him out, he would never leave.

The airport was a bit far from the Thomson mansion, so Harrison decided to return to his villa tonight to make it easier to get to the airport in the morning.

Before he left, Harrison went to say goodbye to Lorenzo.

Lorenzo was pleased when he heard that Harrison was going to see Adeline.

"Don't worry about things here," Lorenzo said.

"No one dares to speak ill of you."

Harrison had been at home every Christmas, but this was the first year he was absent.

"If you want to win back the one you love, sometimes you have to pay the price," Lorenzo continued.

For Lorenzo, it wasn't a big deal that his grandson wouldn't be home for Christmas. Losing his granddaughter-in-law, however, was a bigger issue.

"Everything that needs to be arranged is already in place," Harrison said. "Don't worry.”

"I never worry about you handling things,"

Lorenzo replied cheerfully.

Lorenzo's words had a double meaning, which Harrison understood perfectly.

He nodded and then left.

However, just as his car was driving out of the Thomson mansion, someone suddenly appeared in front of the vehicle.

The driver was startled and slammed on the brakes.

"Mr. Thomson, someone suddenly appeared in front of the car. I'm not sure if it's a scam or something else," the driver said.

Harrison was in a good mood as he was looking forward to seeing Adeline tomorrow, so even though someone was blocking the road, he wasn't angry. He simply said, "Let's go check and see what's going on."

"Okay." The driver was about to unbuckle his seatbelt and get out when the person suddenly ran up to the side of the car and knocked on the window.

"Mr Thomson it's me I need to talk to you" a

voice called out.

Harrison looked at the woman outside the window and found her look familiar.

He suddenly remembered who she was.

"Kyson?" This woman had once been an employee in the Thomson Group's executive office.

But she had mysteriously stopped coming to work a few months ago.

As a regular staff member, she had been under Adeline's management, so Harrison hadn't paid much attention to her absence, only remembering that she hadn't appeared in the office anymore.

But he didn't know why she suddenly appeared in front of him.

Harrison glanced at his driver.

The driver immediately got out and gestured for Kyson to step back.

The driver was not only skilled behind the wheel. but also trained in hand-to-hand combat, so he wasn't concerned about Kyson pulling any surprises.

Kyson seemed to have no ill intentions and was simply trying to speak to Harrison.

Following the driver's instructions, she stepped back.

Harrison rolled down the car window.

Kyson immediately said, "Mr. Thomson, I have something very important to tell you."

"Go ahead."

Kyson took a deep breath and said, "You should remember that a few months ago, you were drugged at a hotel by Kaylie, right?"

When he heard her mention this, Harrison's expression darkened instantly.

That was one of the most unpleasant memories of his life.

That night, he had lost his virginity, and he regretted it deeply.

He couldn't stop blaming himself for not saving that experience for Adeline.

He also wondered it Adeline would mind it when she found out.

"Go on," Harrison said  coldly.

From the way Kyson spoke, it seemed like she had something to do with that night.

But Adeline had never mentioned this to him.

"Mr. Thomson, after you were drugged that night, a woman entered your room and saved you, right?" Kyson continued. "I can tell you who that woman was."

Harrison's expression didn't change, but a storm of thoughts rose within him.

He had always been suspicious when Amber pretended to be the woman from that night.

Although Amber had known about the birthmark on his body, Harrison had never fully believed her story. She had seemed too calm and collected when meeting him, her eyes too steady, as though everything had been carefully planned.

Later, he discovered that Milania was behind Amber.

But soon after, Amber was killed.

So Harrison still had no idea who the woman from that night was.

"Mr. Thomson, I've done some wrong things in the past, but now I want to make things right. If I tell you who that woman was, will you let me go?" Kyson pleaded.

Harrison's voice was icy as he said, "Tell me first."
