 Chapter 316: Expose Eleanor's Bad Deeds

Eleanor took a deep breath.

She was in terrible form today.

She needed to get her act together, or she'd gi her detractors ammunition to smear her, a Theo might even grow dissatisfied with her.

As the host finished speaking, all eyes turned to the large screen behind her.

Eleanor knew what the video contained. It was a brief introduction to the movie by Theo, followed by clips from the lead actors' auditions.

She was about to turn around and watch alongside the audience when she suddenly heard her own voice echo from the speakers.

"You idiot! Who told you to serve me scalding coffee? Are you trying to burn me?"

"Miss Fraser, the coffee was freshly brewed. It's bound to be hot. Please give it a moment to cool down."

Eleanor thought, "That voice is Halle's?"

"How dare you talk back to me? You must have a death wish."

Then came the unmistakable sound of a slap.

The expressions on many audience members' faces shifted instantly.

When she realized that something was wrong, Eleanor's face turned pale. She spun around to see her distorted expression glaring back at her from the screen.

Judging by the camera angle, someone must have hidden a camera on their chest while filming...

Though the camera didn't capture Halle, it clearly displayed Eleanor's actions.

"But how?" Eleanor thought, panicking. "I deleted the videos from Halle's phone yesterday and locked her up to prevent any outside contact. Wait-this footage seemed to be from several days ago."

She couldn't even remember because she'd mistreated Halle so often.

On the screen, the video continued playing.

In the footage, Eleanor slapped the person recording not once but repeatedly, alternating between her hands. The person couldn't help but scream in pain.

Yet Eleanor showed no remorse. Instead, she burst into laughter.

"Who do you think you are to talk back to me? You're nothing but my slave. I give you food, and you should be groveling in gratitude."

Her fans in the audience stared wide-eyed in shock.

One fan muttered hesitantly, "Wh... what is this? Is this part of a movie? It must be a scene from a film, right?"

The situation had escalated so abruptly that her longtime admirers couldn't bring themselves to believe it.

But the screen continued showing Eleanor's ugly behavior.

"Miss Fraser, here's the lunch you ordered..."

"What is this? I don't want to eat it," Eleanor said. Eleanor in the video then kicked the person filming. The camera jolted as the person fell but quickly steadied when they got back up.

"Miss Fraser, you said earlier that you wanted this from that restaurant."

"I don't want it anymore. Got a problem with that?"

"No, no problem."

"Good. Now go order something else, and then kneel in the corner," Eleanor said.

The person behind the camera didn't dare resist and quietly complied with Eleanor's commands.

Standing on stage, Eleanor trembled as she watched the footage unfold on the screen.

"Stop it! Stop playing this!" she screamed in panic. "Turn it off now!"

But none of the staff heeded her cries.

She couldn't even identify who was

operating the video or where it was coming from.

The footage continued revealing her abuse of Halle.

In a frenzy, Eleanor glanced at Theo, only to find him looking back at her with disdain before averting his gaze.

The reporters were both shocked and elated, furiously snapping photos and jotting down notes.

Meanwhile, the audience and her fans erupted into murmurs of disbelief.

"This doesn't look like a movie scene. Did you hear that? The person behind the camera called her 'Miss Fraser. And that angle doesn't seem staged."

"She's even without makeup in these clips. It looks like they were filmed at home. Maybe the person filming is her assistant?"

"This is unacceptable! Being a celebrity doesn't mean she can treat people like this. An assistant isn't a slave."

"Exactly. This isn't about being a star; it's about her character. I've never heard of any other celebrity acting this way."

"Yeah, plenty of stars are demanding, but abuse? That's a first for me."

While regular audience members were appalled, Eleanor's fans were utterly heartbroken.

Eleanor had always portrayed a sweet, kind image on screen.

She cursed under her breath before continuing her tirade.
