EPISODE 38
While Mandy and Joey had a swell time as they figured out their past connection, it was raining hell at the Mallory's residence.
"What! You still haven't found her?" Jake yelled over the phone. "You call yourself a detective and yet, you can't do such a simple job properly. What am I paying you for? Huh! Tell me!" Jake angrily smashed his phone across the floor, and then he roared like a lion rubbing his hands over his face. He glared at the staff who were already terrified. "You all are just useless! You have no use so just get out of my sight, and don't you appear before me unless you have Mandy with you. Do I make myself clear!"
Before anyone could say 'Jack' all the staff vanished in the blink of an eye.
"How can you be so relaxed?" Jake said now facing his mother.
"What do you want me to do?" Mrs. Mallory asked back feeling nonchalant about the entire thing all over again. "I already did my bid. I called Trevor, didn't I? What more do you want me to do? When would you know that I'm truly worried and concerned just like you?" Mrs. Mallory stood standing adjacent to Jake.
"Huh, tell me! When I scream, yell, and pace around like I'm waiting for my wife in the labor room! Well, I'm sorry! That's not me." She went back to her seat. "Everyone has their own way
of dealing with things . Jake you have to understand that fact” she said now a bit calmer.
The look on Jake’swasn’t a happy one.
“You know you did this that day too,” Jake said. “I wouldn’t be in this position, my life wouldn’t have turned out this way. None of this would have been happening, if only…if only you just…” Jake was stuttering. “Are you even my mother?” Jake asked as his eyes turned blood shot red. He was trying to really hard to hold back his tears. “I don’t think so” Jake added. “If you were my mother, you wouldn’t have done that to me” Jake said as he stepped out of the living room.
Jake went into his room slamming the door after him. He pounced on his bed and buried his face with his pillow, His mind traveled back to the night he dreaded the most.

"Mom what are you doing?" Sixteen years old Jake asked the woman who supposedly called herself his mother as he rubbed his hands over his sleepy eyes.
"Shuuu!" Mrs. Mallory said placing her hand vertically on Jake's lips. "We would be done before you know it." She said with a hideous smile.
"Mom! What are you trying to do?" lake
asked firightened.
"You better stay quiet, or else l would tell your dad you tried to rape me when I came to checkÃng on you”
It was something that could happen. Jake wasn't really loved by his father as much as his father loved his mother. Each time he took a step it always felt like he was walking on eggshells, Mrs, Mallory picked the young boy up and forced him into undressing.
“Oh! You really are a man now aren't you!" Mrs, Mallory said excitedly staring at Jake's nudity. "Now come on me!" She commanded him as she spread her legs wide open, already laying naked on the bed.
Jake couldn't take a step, he couldn't even open his eyes, if he was ever going to remember this day, then he wanted it to be just the words, it would be unbearable for him if he had to remember the visual aspect too.
"Don't make me repeat myself!" Mrs. Mallory yelled getting impatient. " I said come on me, now!" Her voice sounded very intimidating.
Jake fearfully did as she said. He was sixteen, but he couldn't fight for himself, Whoever said age mattered in life was right.
"I know you do it with the girls at your nigh school, stop pretending to be innocent. You better do this properly” Mrs. Mallory said as she pressed her body placing his hands on her breast "Good boy" She moaned.

"This was a part of my past I never wanted to be reminded of again," Jake said sobbing.
"You just had to make me remember it huh, Mallory I swear you would pay for this!" Jake squeezed his nose. "Just wait till I find you. if I were you I would pray a hundred decades of the rosary that I never do." Jake stormed out of his room the same way he had stormed in.
He got to the living room, but Mrs. Mallory already left, and he couldn't be happier. "Kail" Jake screamed at the top of his voice.
"Yes sir!" Kai said running towards him.
She didn't want him to have to call her twice, trying to avoid anything that would get him even more upset. "Yes sir!" She said again, panting a little lesser now.
"You saw Mandy before she left, right?"
"Yes, sir I did."
"Can you tell me everything that happened today, when you had an encounter with her?"
"Of course, yes sir! I can, and I would." Kai said.
"Get on with it!" Jake said as he sat in a more comfortable position.
"So today, I was in the kitchen when Mrs. Mallory called for me.." Kai started.

"So what exactly do we do now?" Mandy asked Joey, wanting an Intel on the way forward.
I been waiting for you to ask me “ Joey said with a smile. "First, you would be moving in with me.” Joey stated.
