"I can't go into details as to the HOW, but I could do my best in telling you the WHY." Joey said as he picked up his smoothie. "So I realized that day that I've spent most of my life wallowing in pain and sorrow, I didn't want to live the rest of my life that way, nah, that would be me letting the one who caused me so much pain have the last laugh. The little girl whom I helped with her kite situation came back to me with a cotton candy in her hand, with a smile she gave it to me and said thank you. I took it from her, excited to see her puppy eyes again. Then she told me to always be happy because I have a good heart. That was when I decided, to only do what would make people happy. I didn't know how I was going to do it and where I would get my funds from but ! started drafting out my business plan. I came up with Joy Park because it was at a park I found happiness again, and I wanted to give that happiness back to people. I didn't want something that would have my name, So l used Joy because my name starts with a J. Then Just-For-You, I know how much food made people happy, so l came up with it, and I personalized the name to create a form of intimacy with people, and yes the J again. Finally Jolly Rides, it's just like the name says, I wanted to make people happy, and it starts with a again. As much as I wanted to remain anonymous, I still wanted to drop traces of myself."

Mandy stared at Joey astonished as to how a person with so much goodness in his heart still existed in this cruel world.

"Right now, even my staffs don't know I pay their salary." Joey said as he gestured with his hands. They were at Just-For-You.

"I am really curious as to how you were able to get this far, but I won't force you to tell me even though I am dying with curiosity, I would wait until you are ready."

Everyone kept mute again. Mandy looked around bidding her head. "Yh, lest I forget, How did you know about Tap Hey." Mandy asked. "I mean that was the reason you started telling me about yourself in the first place."

"I am Tap Hey...Tap hey." Joey said making funny faces. He stretched out his hand and tapped on Mandy who was looking away trying to fully understand.

"Hey." Mandy said as she jerked at his tap.

"Tap Hey!" Joey said with a smile.

"No way!" Mandy screamed.

FLASHBACK: Middle School

Joey attended the same middle school with Mandy, Jake and Tiffany. It is funny how fate is rekindling the four again, but their fate seems ill-fated, Joey was the person who sat behind

Mandy. Ever since Mandy joined them, it's either Jake was teasing and flirting with her or Joey was being a pain in the ass. The two best friends just couldn't let the poor girl be.

Joey had a way he tapped Mandy, a very inconveniencing and ass pissing way. He always made Mandy scream "Hey!"

Worst part was, he always had nothing to say. 

"Maybe he just loves seeing your face." Tiffany had said to Mandy one time she talked to her about it.

"Well I don't love seeing his!" Mandy had yelled back at Tiffany, pouring out her Joey caused frustration on poor Tiffany.

Mandy's constant yelling at Joey, made his stop at some point. Mandy was already used to being tapped and screaming hey! It started slowly feeling like her day wasn't complete whenever Joey doesn't tap on her shoulder.

"Hey Tapper!" Mandy had greeted Joey one time, feeling bad about being too harsh on him.

"Hey Tap Hey!" Joey had said with a reliving smile. "I actually thought you hated my guts and I was scared I would-never get to see your face again."

END OF FLASHBACK

"Oh my goodness!" Mandy exclaimed. "Are you serious right now, huh World? Mandy asked the universe. "I can't believe Tap Hey is you, Joey! Like how did you grow from that, to this!"

"Life happens Mandy, so they say, so you could say to me life happened."

Mandy and Jake's reunion, isn't something anyone foresaw or even planned, at least that is what Mandy thinks, little did she know, there was more to her reencounter with Joey than she knew of.
