Chapter 92
"Who asked Ben to disconnect the CCTV from 10:28am to 12:31pm?" She asked through clenched teeth and even the blind could tell she was furious.
"Did Ben told you that?" Aiden asked,prepared to fire Ben immediately.
"He didn’t, I saw it all from my laptop. The footage suddenly went blank from 10:28am to 12:31pm"
"And you concluded I’m behind it?" Aiden contradicted.
"I knew you were. Ben can never disconnect the CCTV without your consent" Diane stated.
"Have you asked Ben what went wrong?" Aiden asked.
"I do not need to!" Diane dropped her bag.
"That’s dumb! Why did you come straight to me? Am I in charge of the security footage?!" Aiden half yelled and even Disha almost believed he knew nothing about it.

"You do not have the right to come to me without confirming if I’m truly behind it and were you checking the house activities on your laptop? You asked Ben to connect the footage to your laptop? Why would you do that?"
Aiden asked.
"I needed to know what the hell is going on!"
"And what the hell is going on!" Aiden shouted.
"I can’t believe you were spying on-me" Aiden said, looking disappointed.
"I wasn’t spying on you Aiden, I was spying on Disha cause I do not trust her! Something seems off about you Disha!" Diane said to Disha's face, who swallowed hard.
"I needed evidence so you could truly see she’s not to be trusted." Diane was saying.
"I told you she’s trustworthy!" Aiden slammed.
"My intuition is never wrong Aiden, there’s something about her. You need to believe me, let’s get her out of this house" Diane said desperately and Disha tried her best to look normal.
"Why?" Aiden asked. "And did you find anything suspicious about her when you turned 'Ben overnight?"
"I didn’t but if the damn footage hadn’t gone blank, I’m so sure I would have "
"And aren’t you supposed to be in Mexico?" Aiden asked.
"I cancelled my flight”
"Because the footage went blank?"
"Well..yeah"
"Diane,you cancelled your flight because you wanted to confront me about a blank footage? Unbelievable." Aiden furrowed his brow.
"Aiden, why do I feel you know about this" Diane said.
"Then go confirm from Ben... you’re seriously pissing me off right now, Diane" Aiden said.
"I should...excuse you" Disha said slowly getting to her feet.”
"No, wait" Aiden said.
"I should go confirm from Ben? Like you wouldn’t have made up something for him to tell me" Diane said.

"Whatever" Aiden scoffed, "And you know I can have you arrested for intruding in my homes privacy by connecting the CCTV to your laptop"
"Ohh.really" Diane laughed. "Go ahead, I can see you’re going out of your senses"
"Why are you so insecure about her ?"
"I’m only trying to watch out for you Aiden, she’s going to ruin you, I can feel it! You need to stop this fvcking love and look into her, she also knows what I’m talking about" Diane said,
watching Disha closely for any slightest change in her expression but Disha's face remained the same even though she was panicking inwardly.
She had followed Toms advise on maintaining a normal expression.
"I do not know what you’re talking about" Disha said.
"You do!" Diane yelled.
"I don’t!" Disha yelled back.
"You do!"
"You’ve been monitoring my movement in this house like your life depends on it! And yet you haven’t found anything suspicious about me,
you’re not trying to watch out for Aiden!
You just hate me, that s it!" Disha said pointedly and Diane was surprised at her outburst.
She turned to Aiden..."it’s so clear you gave her the audacity to stand up to me. Wow"
"She’s not a kid..she needs no permission to stand up to you. You both should probably be the same age" Aiden cleared.
"Oh..my.goodness, if love makes one this dumb then I don’t ever want to fall in love. Cause you’ve obviously turned dumb Aiden,so dumb that it’s starting to irritate me" Diane sighed angrily.
"Whatever" Aiden said looking unconcerned.
"Aiden! Whatever you did during that period the footage went blank,I promise you l’m gonna dig it out. Motherfvcker!" Diane picked her bag and angrily left the room.
"Good thing you stood up to her!" Aiden said to Disha.
"Really?" Disha smiled.
"Yeah, she’s always telling me not to trust you when she didn’t even find - anything suspicious about you,that simply means she hates you" Aiden said.
"Of course...she’ s still mad over Killian's rejection, I guess that’s the reason she’s being this way" Disha said.
"Exactly! Killian had told her he still loves you" Aiden said.
"What! He should better stop whatever love he has for me, I’m with you now" Disha smiled, holding his hand.
"Oh my, you’re such a sweet lady Disha, I wonder why Diane can’t see that" Aiden said, drowning in Disha's love.
"Her hatred for me won’t let her see it" Disha rolled her eyes.
"Who cares if she hates you, once the baby is confirmed mine, you’ll become the lady of this house and you can do to her whatever pleases you" Aiden said.
"Really?" Disha feigned amazement.
"Of course, and..you said we are going to kiss soon" Aiden said, not able to take his eyes off her lips.
"C mon, not yet but I promise I’m going to give you a kiss once the baby is confirmed yours" Disha said.
"Really?"
"Yeah" Disha nodded.
"You can as well give me the kiss now cause the baby is mine" Aiden smiled confidently.
"Why are you so sure?" Disha asked.
"Uh… I just know the baby would turn out to be mine. Killian has a child already.." Aiden said.
'So lame Disha commented inwardly.’
"Well..until the doctor confirms it,then, I’ll give you a kiss to seal and celebrate our union" Disha said sweetly, licking her bottom lip.
"Oh my" Aiden sighed dreamily.
"I can’t wait!" He screamed loudly!
"I’m starting to love you more and more cause you trust me even when Diane is tryna make you not to. Keep trusting me okay? and you will earn all of my 'loveeee " Disha said.
"Okay,my first lady. I’Il trust you till eternity" Aiden said.
‘No, you’Il trust me till you get locked up’
"Thank you for trusting me" Disha said.
"My utmost pleasure,dearest" Aiden said, gripping her hand tightly and Disha thought he had gone crazy.
He stared into her eyes affectionately and Disha sighed, wondering why he looked nothing romantic but scary!!!.
Diane walked into the bathroom, peeled off her clothing and got into the bath tub that was bubbling with warm soapy water.
She was so pissed that her body shook.
She tapped her finger on the bath panel thoughtfully.
She had thought Disha was the only one hiding something,looks like Aiden is involved also.
She really needs to stop him before he spills their secrets to Disha cause he’s helplessly in love now.
But it’s just so annoying to know there’s no way to stop him from trusting Disha without providing evidence or Aiden won’t listen to her.
She had suspected Disha wasn’t really here because she now hated Killian.
She has her own apartment...why coming here just because she now hate Killian.
How could she even have believed that from the start,she was so occupied with seducing Killian that she hadn’t thought straight!
She hated Disha for so many reasons.
First,she still has Killian's heart! And (even Aiden's heart also! leaving her with nobody.
The only men in her life loves her!
Well. she will be dieing soon with the damned baby of hers.
The damned baby that caused all these!
And then she’ll have Killian and Aiden fighting for her love... that will be so interesting.. Diane smiled at the thought.
She had made a great decision poisoning the packs of juice, now she’lI have Killian and Aiden to herself alone.
Disha would leave and they’ll all forget about her after some months.
But she really needs to find a suspicious evidence about Disha real quick, so Aiden would make her leave before she dies in this house.
Diane walked out of the bathroom in a white robe with a towel tied around her wet hair.
Her five personal maids bowed as she sat on the dressing chair.
She removed the hair towel and Aimee, one of her maids plugged the hair dryer and started drying her hair immediately.
Ravin,another of her personal maid, attended to her nails while Susan, who’s a fashionista prepared her outfit.
She knows Diane won’t be going out,so she’s to prepare a simple wear.
Emily and Jessie stood at a reasonable distance, ready to go on any errand.
Diane stared at herself in the mirror as her hair was getting dried.
She looks equally beautiful, why are the men all over Disha?
Could it be because she wears no make up?
"Which would you like ma’am?" Ravin asked.
"What’s the color of the dress I’m putting on Susan?" Diane asked.
"One-piece black stretch jumpsuit" Susan said.
"Okay,use the black glossy one" Diane said to Ravin who bowed.
Aimee was braiding Diane's hair when Jessica walked in with Ben.
"Good afternoon Madam Diane" Ben bowed.
"What went wrong with the CCTV, it was blank for some hours" Diane said.
"It w." Ben was saying.
"Say nothing but the truth" Diane said sternly.
"It was system error ma’am" Ben said and Diane turned to him.
"System error? That has never happened" Diane said, looking at him suspiciously.
"It has, ma’am, severally. You wouldn’t know because today is actually the first time I connected it to your laptop,it happens when the system is fluctuating and it always take a while before it becomes stable" Ben said convincingly.
"So..you mean, whatever happened during the period the system was fluctuating would be wiped off?" Diane asked.
"Yes ma’am"
"Is there no way it can be restored?" Diane asked.
"No ma’am"
"That’s bad" Diane sighed.
"You can leave" She said to him.
"Okay Madam Diane" He bowed and turned to leave.
"If I find out what you told me is not true,l’m not going to spare you,trust me" Diane said and Ben nodded.
"Anyway,get me one of Aiden's bodyguards on your way out" She said and watched him leave.
Looks like he’s saying the truth but shes not fully convinced yet.
"Emily,get me a glass cup of water" Diane sighed.
"Okay Madam Diane" Emily bowed before rushing out of the room.
Ryan walked in and bowed before Diane.
"Ryan .. how are you?" Diane smiled.
"Fine ma am" Ryan said, maintaining his calm expression.

"Okay, I want to ask you a question and I will be glad if you tell me the truth" Diane said.
Ryan panicked, thinking Diane already knew about what he told Disha.
But if she knew,she wouldn’t be smiling.
She would have probably ordered him to get killed immediately.
"What happened while I was gone?" Diane asked.
"Huh?"
"I mean..what happened? Who came in? Who went out? Like, what the hell happened?" Diane asked with a sigh.
"Nothing unusual happened ma’am, no one came in, none went out" Ryan answered.
Diane studied him to see if he was telling lies but his expression remained the same.
She sighed frustratedly..maybe nothing had happened.
Maybe it was just system error like Ben had said.
"Are you sure?" She asked Ryan.
"Yes Madam Diane" Ryan said.
"Alright,you can leave" She said, he bowed and turned to leave when Emily walked in with a glass cup of chilled water in a small tray.
She was breathing heavily as she approached Diane and Diane knew instantly that something was wrong.
"Will you stop breathing in my water! What’s wrong?" Diane asked.
"Madam Diane, I just heard from one of the cooks that Disha ordered Christiana to empty every pack of strawberry juice in the kitchen...into the sink!" Emily said.
"What!"
Disha walked into her room and wondered where Christiana was.
She picked her phone on the bed, where Christiana had dropped it and then unlocked it.
It displayed the pictures Christiana had been viewing.
Where was she then? In the room, probably using the restroom.
Disha smiled as she sat on her couch.
You’re such a good actor Disha, you gained Aiden's trust already. Totally.
She never thought it will be this easy and fast.
Diane seems to be the only hard nut now and she knows she’s watching her every move so she can find something suspicious about her and then inform Aiden so he would stop whatever trust he has for her.
She should be very very cautious now so Diane won’t ruin their plan cause she seems so determined.
She wished Diane hadn’t walked in when Aiden was about telling her the similar plan Zack and Marie had helped him carry out successfully.
She can’t ask him again today cause he will really wonder why she desperately wants to know and start getting suspicious like Diane wanted.
There’s still three days to go...
Ahhh...she s really craving strawberry juice.
"You need to start taking vanilla flavor, strawberry is out of the picture for now" Disha said to her baby.
"Okay mummy" She said to herself in a tiny voice and then laughed.
"Ma’am" Christiana called, walking in.
"Tiana" Disha turned to her.
“Madam Diane requested to see me and I went to her, I wanted to inform you before going but I thought you might be having an important conversation with Mr Aiden and I wouldn’t have wanted to interrupt" Christiana said.
"Okay. what did she call you for?" Disha asked curiously.
"Seems she was informed about the juice you ordered me to empty in the sink"
"Damn!" Disha sighed.
"But there’s nothing to worry about,she asked me the reason you ordered me to do such and I said the only thing that came to my mind at that moment.." Christiana paused.
"What?" Disha asked anxiously.
"I told her you discovered the juices has passed their expiration date..." Christiana said.
"Wow!" Disha sighed, exactly what she had planned to say but Tom had said Diane would find out.
Geez.
"I know that was a bit petty but that was the only thing I could say at that moment,if I didn t talk immediately,she would suspect you knew"
"Thank you Tiana,you did the right thing. Thank you so much" Disha said.
"And she asked of the empty packs so she could be sure the juices truly expired"
"And what did you tell her?" Disha asked.
"I told her I disposed of them..like I truly did but I’m afraid she might ask her workers to go dig it out and bring it to her"
"Gosh!" Disha sighed.
"What’s this? What s going on?" Diane asked after seeing Christiana serve Diane a different meal for lunch.
"I was craving chicken casserole" Disha said.
"And why did Christiana serve it to you? Aren’t there cooks to do that?" Diane asked.
"Because she made it" Diane said.
"What! She wasn’t employed as a cook! Why would she make your meals?" Diane asked wondering what was going on.
First the packs of juice she had poisoned were emptied into the sink, and now Christiana made Disha's lunch and even served her.
"She’s my personal maid, which means I can get her to do anything I want, I discovered shes a great cook and that’s why I allow her to start making my meals and serving it" Disha said.
"Ohh" Diane nodded, now sure something was indeed going on.
"Christiana wasn’t employed as a cook so shes not allowed to make your meals, we have enough cooks already. This should be the last time you try to make a meal in my kitchen Tiana" Diane said, authoritatively.
"You do not have power over her anymore Diane, she’s my personal maid now, she will do whatever I order her to" Disha said.
"I employed her, and I stand by my words,she’s not allowed to make a meal in my kitchen"
"She’s allowed to and it’s not your kitchen,you do not own this house" Disha said.
"Whatever, She’s not allowed to"Diane yelled.
"Enough! This is my house Diane and Disha has the same right you have here. You allow your personal maids do whatever you want them to do, why don’t you want Disha to do whatever she wants with her personal maid also." Aiden said and then turned to Christiana.
"Do whatever Disha wants okay?,she’s your boss" Aiden said and Christiana bowed.
"Ohh... really" Diane said, pushing back her chair.
She got to her feet.
"Trust me Aiden, the lady you trust so much will turn out to be your Achilles heel" She said and stared at Disha menacingly before walking out.
"We found the packs of juice ma’am"
One of her bodyguards said and she stopped walking.
